I thought $2k for a 6x4 caged trailer was great value as it was but then I was surprised to hear the following would be included: jockey wheel, tie-down points, spare wheel, ramp, tilt feature, registration and insurance. The warehouse was shockingly organised. This is a well-managed business that deserves support.
Talk about easy, I dropped into Trailers Down Under to check out an 8 x 5 caged tilt trailer for work, I was greeted by William, and he showed me around the trailer and I said I’ll take one. We stepped into the office, a couple of quick forms, hooked up the trailer, it was so easy, total time about 15 minutes. Very happy, thanks William.
Straight forward, easy to deal with and perfect if you want a clean slate car trailer that you can put your own tie down points on. 90% of our trailers are built here in Australia from Australian steel, then hot-dip galvanised inside and out. Every galvanised trailer is fully welded — never bolted. Beware of unsafe, inferior galvanised trailers that are simply bolted together.
Every trailer ships with a compliance plate and VIN and meets Australian Design Rules. We can register your trailer onsite at Loganholme, so you can hook up and tow away the same day.
All new trailers carry a 12-month structural warranty on the chassis, drawbar and welded structure. Load within the rated ATM, keep the bearings serviced, and a galvanised chassis will outlast the tow vehicle.
